Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.



We are looking for a Senior Contract Manager to join the Commercial Property Maintenance team in London.



The purpose of the role will be to lead business development of new business into CPM, mobilise effectively and to take into Operations. To ensure that CPM operational delivery performance is in line with contract obligations and Skanska business processes.

What

you'll do:



+ Lead bid Management, including writing and proof-reading Quality submissions. Supporting the estimating of new and existing business.

Responsible for the performance management of all subcontractors Responsible for ensuring resilience within our subcontractor service delivery Manage agreed KPI and SLA's, ensuring best use of all resources to ensure targets are met. Responsible for managing the company's Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Environmental performance on the contracts

What

you'll bring to the role:



Must have proven experience delivering a Hard Services contract Experience in Business Development Management Qualification Experience of managing large commercial sites with value in excess of 1.5m pa Management experience of service delivery in high profile offices Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
