Lincolnshire County Council's Connect to Work programme is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Officer to join our team. This government-funded initiative tackles worklessness in the most disadvantaged communities across Greater Lincolnshire by aligning employment, training, and health activity to create meaningful, sustainable opportunities for participants.
In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and operational management of the Connect to Work programme. You will manage a Contract Officer, oversee performance and quality assurance, and ensure the programme meets all funding, fidelity, and compliance requirements. You will also work with delivery partners, community organisations, and stakeholders to maximise impact, identify efficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
