We are looking for a Contract Support to join our Hard FM team, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
This varied role will include report writing, managing and chasing work orders, liaising with contractors, and keeping the client updated on task progress.

As Contract Support, you'll also support both the Compliance Manager and Additional Works Manager with their workload, making this a great opportunity to gain broad experience and develop your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly labour operating and daily/weekly hours reports.
  • Support Hard FM and Compliance Managers with Track
  • Record updates and tablet queries.
  • Raise purchase orders and resolve IT issues, including ordering new equipment.
  • Assist the helpdesk team and act as T&A champion for designated sites.
  • Chase work orders and contractors, keeping clients updated on progress.
  • Maintain accurate compliance tracking, reporting, and operational records.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth Hard FM delivery.

  • Strong organisational, numeracy, and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • High integrity, discretion, and commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on business compliance and process improvement.
