Senior Commercial Contracts Manager (Legal) - Technology & Telecom Sectors - 3 months
This is a remote role
300.00 - 400.00 p/day (Via Umbrella) depending on experience
Are you an experienced contracts professional ready for your next challenge? Robert Half is seeking a Senior Commercial Contracts Manager (Legal) with a proven background in the technology or telecommunications sectors.
This is not a generic legal role, Technology sector-specific experience is absolutely essential for success.
What We're Looking For:
- Legal training (law degree, LPC, GDL) with understanding of English contract law and sector-relevant nuances
- At least 3 years' experience in contract management or commercial contracts roles within the technology or telecommunications sector-candidates without industry experience will not be considered
- Demonstrable success negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts in tech/telco:-
- Outsourcing agreements
- MSA's
- Partner agreements,
- Reseller contracts
- Deep familiarity with cross-border agreements and regulatory requirements affecting technology and telecom companies
