Scheduling & Coordination

Maintain and update the installation tracker, ensuring projects are scheduled effectively and progress is visible across the business. Coordinate with the install team to make sure all materials, deliveries, and resources are in place before work begins. Keep customers informed of schedules and progress updates in a timely and professional manner.

Team Leadership & Support

Act as the first point of contact for all installation-related matters. Support our install teams day-to-day, ensuring projects are handed over correctly and any issues are resolved quickly. Foster open communication between departments, ensuring all teams have what they need to deliver great work.

Quality Control

Champion our commitment to quality, ensuring all installations meet our high standards and comply with relevant regulations. Conduct regular checks during handover stages to verify workmanship, safety, and presentation. Ensure all on-site staff maintain professionalism, including wearing the correct uniform and following site protocols.

Procurement & Supplier Management

Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring correct stock levels and cost efficiency. Negotiate supplier agreements to secure the best possible pricing and terms. Handle supplier and subcontractor invoices, checking them against project records and approving for payment. Manage subcontractor agreements, ensuring they are signed, compliant, and returned promptly. Handle returns, stock adjustments, and any material changes required for projects.

Site Visits & Project Support

Attend pre-start meetings and site visits with the sales or design team to confirm project details and ensure all required materials are ordered. Support quality and progress checks during installation and completion stages.

Role Requirements

Exceptional organisational and leadership abilities. Proficiency in project management and CRM tools such as HubSpot, OpenSolar, HeatPunk, EasyPV, or similar.
