About the Role

As a conveyancer, you'll be responsible for handling a caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from start to finish. You'll provide high-quality, client-focused legal services within a supportive and collaborative environment--where your expertise will be valued and your career growth supported.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of property transactions independently and efficiently. Providing expert legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Proactively managing timelines and meeting key deadlines.

About You

You will ideally:

Have a solid background in conveyancing with the ability to manage your own caseload confidently. Be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or experienced Fee Earner. Possess excellent communication and organisational skills. Be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to outstanding client care. Thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.
