About the Role
As a conveyancer, you will manage a diverse caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. You'll be delivering first-rate legal services within a forward-thinking, collaborative environment where your skills and ambitions are recognised and supported.

50,000 - 65,000 for Licensed Conveyancers

Key Responsibilities
Independently manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters
Offer clear, confident advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal quality standards
Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and service
Oversee and manage all critical transaction stages and deadlines
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in managing their own conveyancing caseload
Is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer or an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
Brings strong attention to detail and a client-focused approach
Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
Excels in a fast-paced, professional legal setting
