We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Conveyancer or Associate who is ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, excellent client care, and proven experience handling a varied and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload. You will play a key role in driving the department forward, supporting junior team members, and contributing to long-term growth and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and progress a full residential conveyancing caseload including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
New build matters
Shared ownership
Provide technical support and supervision to junior fee earners and support staff
Contribute to the development, processes and overall success of the department
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers, estate agents and other stakeholders
Assist with training, mentoring and quality control within the team
Participate in business development, networking and firmwide initiatives
Work closely with senior leadership, with the option to take on delegated management responsibilities
Support the long-term strategic growth of the conveyancing department
About You
Experienced Conveyancer / Associate with strong technical knowledge
Confident running your own quality caseload with minimal supervision
Proven ability to support, mentor or supervise others (desired but not essential)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Commercially minded, proactive and committed to department growth
Ambitious, with the desire to take on a senior role and progress toward departmental leadership and eventual Partnership
