Advantage Solicitors is a dynamic and expanding law firm, established in 2013, with offices in Palmers Green (Head Office) and Central London. We provide expert legal services to private individuals across a range of practice areas, with a strong reputation for client care, professionalism, and results-driven service.

We are now looking to appoint a senior Conveyancing Solicitor to lead and develop our Residential and Commercial Property department at our Head Office in Palmers Green.

This is a strategic role with real autonomy and the opportunity to shape the future of the department within a growing firm.

The successful applicant will be responsible for handling their own caseload of property matters and be involved in developing the department and managing junior staff members.

You will be happy handling a caseload without supervision and be in possession of excellent client care.

Ideally, you will have over 7 years' PQE and bring proven experience as a former Partner or Head of Department. You should be confident in handling all aspects of setting up and leading a conveyancing department -- including managing compliance, overseeing risk, and taking the necessary steps to secure the firm's place on lender panels.

Remuneration is dependent on experience.
