We're looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our Creative Studio at Pleo. In this role, you'll help shape our brand voice and create integrated marketing campaigns that inspire action. You'll work as a creative pair with an Art Director, bringing impactful ideas to life across every channel. What you'll be doing

As a Senior Copywriter, you will
Work as a creative pair with an Art Director to develop integrated ideas that cut through the noise
Write clear, compelling copy across a wide range of formats, including campaign taglines, landing pages, video scripts, ads, email, and social
Translate business and product briefs into creative concepts that resonate with our audience
Refine and elevate Pleo's tone of voice ensuring consistency while keeping things fresh
Collaborate with brand, content, product marketing, and PR/Comms teams to ensure creative work aligns with strategy and delivers impact
Contribute to brainstorms, creative reviews, and pitch presentations
What you bring
------------------
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Proven experience as a copywriter, ideally in an agency or in house creative studio, with an integrated portfolio
Strong conceptual thinking skills - you're as comfortable cracking big campaigns ideas as you are polishing microcopy
The ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences, channels and formats
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to take feedback
A passion for storytelling and the craft of writing, along with an understanding of the big picture creative idea
A keen eye for detail and the ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging, and human language
Experience writing for B2B or tech brands is a plus, but not essential
Who you'll be working with and reporting to

You'll work closely with an Art Director and the broader Creative Studio team. You'll report directly into our Creative Studio lead and also partner with teams across brand, content, product, marketing, and PR/Comms to ensure success.
How you'll develop in this role

In your first few months at Pleo, you'll:
Lead the copy for a specific campaign or product launch to drive measurable impact
Collaborate with your Art Director and other teams to refine creative processes and systems
Grow your skills in B2B marketing and creative strategy, taking on new challenges as the company continues to scale
