We are looking for a

Senior Corporate Counsel

to work closely with the General Counsel, Minerals and the Minerals product group. The role will support the General Counsel, Minerals in providing outstanding strategic legal support to deliver on the Minerals product group strategy (including advising on existing legal matters and future pursuits).


This is a great opportunity for an energetic, performance driven individual who is keen to work in a dynamic environment.


Reporting to the General Counsel, Minerals and working in a challenging and exciting environment, within the legal department, you will be:


Providing strategic advice across a broad remit of legal issues including commercial contracts, M&A and disputes as well as strategic legal support to the Minerals product group Structuring and advising on complex multi-stakeholder negotiations from construction to closure Supporting the management of major legal and commercial risks Providing leadership in the broader Legal, Governance and Corporate Affairs function Ensuring adherence to the highest standards
