Senior Corporate Finance Manager

Job Description
We're looking for an experienced M&A professional to join an established yet growing team. The role is broad and requires someone to support origination, management and execution of deals within the mid-market - c 5m - 30m deal value.
- Lead and manage end-to-end M&A processes.
- Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis to support decision-making.
- Prepare and present comprehensive pitch decks and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Identify potential acquisition targets and assess strategic fit.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with external parties.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on M&A opportunities.
- Have an ACA / ACCA qualification
- Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
- Experience in managing complex transactions and negotiations.
- A proven ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and ethics
