The Role:
- Work alongside leading corporates and private equity portfolios, helping shape their strategic direction through complex acquisitions, disposals, restructures, and beyond.
- Lead on high-value, cross-border deals and group reorganisations
- Work directly with GCs, founders and boards on tailored legal solutions
- Help shape the future of this highly ranked corporate team's offering
- A strong track record in corporate law, ideally with PE or portfolio experience
- Commercial instinct and a real interest in your clients' wider goals
- Appetite for collaboration, innovation and doing things differently
