Wexe2x80x99re looking for a Senior Corporate Services Manager to lead the design, development and delivery of Business Continuity across the Morrisons Group xe2x80x93 spanning our Head Office, Manufacturing, Logistics and Retail functions.This role will report into the Group Corporate Services Director and will be accountable for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Business Continuity Management System. Youxe2x80x99ll ensure wexe2x80x99re aligned to policy, best practice and international standards xe2x80x93 helping us stay resilient and responsive in the face of disruption.What youxe2x80x99ll be doingLead the development and delivery of our Business Continuity roadmap xe2x80x93 covering the full lifecycle including governance, business impact analysis, planning, education and awareness, training, testing and maintenanceWork closely with colleagues and senior stakeholders across the business xe2x80x93 including at Executive level xe2x80x93 to define recovery requirements and contingency strategies for critical operationsOwn and improve our Incident Management framework to ensure a consistent, structured approach to significant business interruptionsProvide expert support during incidents xe2x80x93 attending meetings, offering communication and reporting guidance, and leading post-incident reviews to capture lessons learnedPartner with key functions to ensure contingency plans are fit for purpose, regularly reviewed and aligned with legal, regulatory and internal requirementsHelp simplify and strengthen our approach to managing business interruptions, minimising potential impacts on our people, customers, revenue and reputationAbout youWhat wexe2x80x99re looking forPreferably you will have proven experience in business continuity, risk management or other related disciplinesA strong influencer and relationship-builder, confident working with stakeholders at all levelsA passion for providing great service to internal teams and business partnersExcellent planning and project management skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesA proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive for excellence.Confident delivering presentations and training sessions to varied audiencesAnalytical and data-savvy, able to interpret complex business and technical requirementsA full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when neededAt Morrisons, wexe2x80x99re proud of our diverse business and the communities we serve.
