Job Description
A long-standing and successful multi-disciplined, Legal 500 (Top Tier) law firm are looking for a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join their Hertfordshire based office.
The Senior Corporate Solicitor\'s role
The Senior Corporate Solicitor will be expected to showcase their experience dealing with M&A, Restructuring and other Business Service Matters. The Senior Corporate Solicitor should also be comfortable dealing with projects within budget and agreed timeframes, with an existing history of successful billings.
The Senior Corporate Solicitor will report to the Corporate & Commercial Partner of the Hertfordshire office and will likely work with a similar client-base to the firms existing market (small to medium sized businesses).
The Senior Corporate Solicitor
- 6+ years PQE
- England & Wales Qualified essential
- Strong history of billing
- Experience dealing with Corporate Matters
- Entrepreneurial & Forward-Thinking mindset
- Excellent communicator & highly organized
- \xc2\xa3100,000 - \xc2\xa3120,000
