As part of our ongoing growth in the hospitality sector Cumming Group is seeking a forward-thinking Associate Senior Cost Manager in London with expertise in the hotel and hospitality sectors. You will play a key role in expanding our portfolio, with a particular focus on the refurbishment and repositioning of existing hotels and the development new build hotel properties. We are interested in candidates who are passionate about the hospitality industry, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and possess a strong track record of project delivery.
The role of an Associate Senior Cost Manager Includes the following responsibilities:
Provide Quantity Surveying services through pre and post contract process
To support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances
To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures
Take personal responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards
To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures
Provide assistance on general Quantity Surveying tasks such as meeting minutes, dashboard reporting, risk management etc.
Prepare and assist with the preparing and issuing tender documents, evaluations, contract documentations and reports
Prepare and assist with the production of cost reports and cost forecasting
Advising and liaising with internal project and cost control team
