About the Role

SibiNet is recruiting on behalf of our client, a global consultancy, for a

Senior Cost Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor

to join their growing Midlands team.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile infrastructure projects across sectors including

defence, utilities, water, transport, highways and aviation

. You'll be at the heart of project delivery, ensuring cost transparency, driving value, and shaping outcomes on some of the UK's most significant programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement, commercial contracts, and post-contract activities in an NEC environment. Lead on cost reporting, forecasting, and change management. Provide clear, data-driven commercial advice to support client decision-making. Identify opportunities for value and cost savings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-in-class project outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in quantity surveying, commercial management, or procurement on large-scale infrastructure projects. Degree-qualified, ideally MRICS chartered (or working towards). Strong knowledge of NEC contracts. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A proactive, collaborative approach with flexibility to travel across sites.
