We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic self-starter to help nurture existing relationships across one of the biggest accounts for the business, whilst overseeing day-to-day Stores Marketing focussed projects. You must be a proven Senior Account Manager who is passionate about exceeding customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations, be someone who likes to work hard and tackle new challenges. As a driven and ambitious individual, you will be able to identify opportunities of growth across the account; this could be using our film and photography studio to create digital content or brining on board the multiple channels we work with to create an omni-channel campaign. You will become the clients day-to-day \xe2\x80\x98go to\xe2\x80\x99 person with a good understanding of their business needs and KPIs they are measured on. You will be working closely with multiple client stakeholders to extract detailed requirements for retail campaigns and ad hoc projects and be able to confidently brief internal departments through a workflow management process. You will manage and deliver projects through all stages of the process from briefing, discovery, proposal to creative ideation, production, and delivery. We\xe2\x80\x99d like you to be able to do post campaign analysis and bring the relevant internal stakeholders in to enable better ways of working for your client. You will be constantly looking for ways to improve your client\xe2\x80\x99s campaigns and have an interest in retail, VM, content and social media, providing relevant insights and recommendations. You will also be responsible for the management of tracking all activities against the client\xe2\x80\x99s budget and reporting this to the Senior Account Director. You will have line management experience before coming to this role. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for you to lead by example to the rest of the team, teaching them best practice ways of working and building client relationships. Communication is key in this role, for deploying any of our client\xe2\x80\x99s campaigns you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working with multiple client stakeholders, ITG\xe2\x80\x99s strategy team, studio team and wider print management team. Your satisfaction will come from owning this activity to completion. This will be a role you\xe2\x80\x99ll grow into, and you\xe2\x80\x99ll be fully supported. How will I succeed:

  • Proactive management of customer relationships and communication
  • Oversee an efficient and effective management of client campaigns.
  • Triaging briefs, managing client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations, workshopping and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to get the right output.
  • Be able to support the constant development and improvement of ways of working and client campaign activity.
  • Achieving client and internal deadlines.
  • Client satisfaction and proactive resolution to any issues that may occur.
  • Keeping the Senior Account Director up to date on a regular basis and proactively escalating any areas of concern.
  • Working closely with a Project manager on large scale jobs, being an effective partnership, collaborating on statements of work/proposals
  • Proactively seeking areas in which to develop and grow the account and improve efficiency internally and externally.
  • Financial management of campaigns and project trackers.
  • Line management of at least one junior account manager/Account Executive, delegating projects and overseeing progress.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level (preferred but not essential).
  • At least 3 years agency experience in a client facing role, preferably in a retail or omnichannel campaigns.
  • Understanding of and ability to articulate best practice in retail/stores campaigns
  • Ability to work with a Project Manager effectively in a partnership function.
  • Understanding of print management.
  • An understanding of content creation and still photography is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Focus on client satisfaction through impeccable client servicing, handling, and reporting.
  • Able to proactively resolve client issues when they occur.
  • An interest and willingness to understand client\xe2\x80\x99s business requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously and proactively understand the impact to client, creative and technical departments.
  • Ability to work closely with internal departments: Studio team, creatives, production and Strategy team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
