ROLE OVERVIEW




We're looking for a

Senior Creative Analyst

to play a hands-on role in delivering best-in-class social creative analytics for our clients, across owned, earned and paid.


Reporting into the Creative Analytics Director, this role is focused on execution, analysis, and client delivery. You'll be deeply involved in reporting, dashboard builds, and turning performance data into clear, actionable insights that help clients understand what's working, why it's working, and how to improve.


This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being close to the data, owning outputs, and advising clients through evidence-led insight.

This role sits at the intersection of Born Social (Creative) and Croud (Media), helping to prove the effectiveness of social-first creativity through robust analytics.



RESPONSIBILITIES



Leading day-to-day analytics delivery across key client accounts, owning outputs from brief to delivery Owning regular reporting cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly), ensuring work is accurate, insightful and clearly linked to creative performance Delivering deep-dive analyses, effectiveness reports and project-based insight work Translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations clients can act on Building, maintaining and evolving dashboards (e.g. Datorama, Tableau) for clients and internal teams Ensuring data quality, consistency and best-practice visualisation across all reporting Applying creative effectiveness and social measurement frameworks across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snap and Pinterest Identifying performance patterns, drivers of success and opportunities to optimise creative output Acting as a trusted analytics partner to clients, confidently walking them through results, implications and next steps Collaborating closely with Strategy, Creative, Media and Client teams to embed analytics into planning and optimisation Supporting new business, pitches, case studies and occasional research or thought-leadership projects

PERSON SPECIFICATION



You've got proven experience in analytics, insights or effectiveness roles, ideally within an agency environment You have a strong grounding in social media analytics and creative performance measurement, and you're comfortable working across multiple platforms and formats You've got hands-on experience building dashboards and reporting outputs (Datorama, Tableau or similar) You're confident working directly with clients and presenting insight clearly and persuasively. You're a strong analytical thinker who knows how to turn data into meaningful insight, not just numbers and charts You're familiar with marketing and creative effectiveness principles, and tools like Sprinklr (or similar). You're detail-oriented, reliable and accountable for high-quality delivery, with a curious, improvement-focused mindset You're collaborative, comfortable working across disciplines, and confident operating independently while knowing when to seek input or escalate (Bonus, but not essential: experience with SQL, Python or more advanced analytics techniques)*

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there's flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
