Your role is to generate ideas across all of the accounts at Revolt and present them to clients. You are capable of generating coherent ideas from a proposition and have a gained a range of production experience.
You need to be eager to learn, confident in your abilities and able to take on any brief, no matter what size. You enjoy solving problems creatively and developing your skills.
Key Responsibilities
You will be refining your skillsets, working into creative directors across a range of tasks:Creative concepting across projects of any size.
Presenting your ideas with clear and inspiring narratives internally and externally.
Understanding the viability of projects to be realised.
Consistently providing work that is delivering against the client needs.
Ensuring concepts are stewarded through production to create great work.
Delivering a range of ideas to a high standard, on time.
Helping more junior members of staff progress.
Progression
You are consistently performing as a Senior Creative.
Prove you know the difference between an execution, a campaign and a platform.
You've formed good relationships with clients.
Trusted throughout production.
You've created work that makes Revolt proud.
You've proven you are able to see a project through from start to finish with little to no help from a creative director.
