The Role

As an end-to-end designer, you will be pivotal in shaping the visual aspects of various digital marketing projects from concept through to production. This role demands a creative thinker who can deliver compelling digital design solutions across web, mobile, and social media platforms, while embracing emerging AI-driven design trends and generative imagery to enhance creative output and efficiency.

What You will do

Lead the digital design process from initial concept development to final production, ensuring a seamless and effective execution. Create visually stunning and user-friendly designs for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, and social media. Work with AI image generation and automation tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALLE, Leonardo.AI) to push creative boundaries, accelerate production, and deliver high-quality visuals faster. Collaborate closely with the marketing teams, including acquisition, retention, and product, to translate business objectives into powerful digital experiences. Analyse design and AI image generation trends, audience insights, and market movements to guide forward-thinking visual strategy. Present design directions to stakeholders, articulating creative rationale and the role of AI in execution and production. Create and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
Your Experience

Proven experience as a digital designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of digital design work. Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.). Hands-on experience with AI design platforms and image-generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Adobe Firefly) and an understanding of how to apply them responsibly within brand and creative frameworks. A strong understanding of digital design principles, user experience (UX) design, and responsive design practices. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively, adapting design concepts to meet project objectives. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Nice to have proficiency with data feeds, HTML, HTML5, CSS, and JS. Experience in training or fine-tuning generative AI models is a plus. Our Way Of Working

Our world is hybrid.

A career is not a sprint. It's a marathon. One of the perks of joining us is that we value you as a person first. Our hybrid world allows you to focus on your goals and responsibilities and lets you self-organise to improve your deliveries and get the work done in your own way.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and evaluate each candidate based on merit, regardless of personal characteristics as the age, gender, origin, religion, sexual orientation, neurodiversity or disability.
