Marketing Studio is King's in-house creative production agency. We power King's marketing organisation with outstanding creative work, flexibly and efficiently, with superior knowledge of our players, brands, and channels.
We're now looking for a Senior Creative to join our team, where you'll help craft world-class campaigns that excite players, connect with culture, and strengthen our brands.
Your Role Within our Kingdom
As a Senior Creative, you'll lead the creative execution of marketing campaigns for our iconic IPs - from trailers and key art to in-game activations, social-first storytelling, and global campaigns.
You'll work closely with marketers, producers, and creatives across the studio to shape how our stories are told - ensuring every brief is delivered with originality, strategic clarity, and craft excellence.
You'll contribute to the evolution of how we express our brands - not just in how they look, but in how they make people feel.
Core Responsibilities
Lead creative development for integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring ideas are culturally relevant, on-brand, and high-impact
Collaborate with producers, and cross-functional teams to bring visual storytelling to life across social, PR, influencer, and experiential channels
Take creative ownership of projects - setting direction, leading delivery, and providing clear, inspiring input at every stage
Present and defend ideas with confidence and clarity, guiding stakeholders through your thinking while remaining open to iteration
Guide and mentor junior creatives, raising the bar through feedback, support, and creative leadership
Stay up to date on creative trends, tools, and platform innovations - bringing fresh thinking into the team
Maintain a high standard of craft across every asset - from hero visuals to campaign toolkits
Skills To Create Thrills
5+ years of experience in creative studios, production companies, or agencies
A strong portfolio showing design sensibility, storytelling skill, and campaign thinking across channels
Proven ability to lead creative projects from concept through to final delivery
Hands-on experience across design, layout, asset creation, and storyboarding, using Adobe Creative Suite
Confident presenting work to senior stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally
Able to translate brand strategy into compelling campaign ideas and visual directions
Highly organised and proactive - comfortable managing multiple priorities and timelines
Strong communicator who builds trust and clarity across teams
Experience in brand, marketing, or entertainment industries
