Role Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Creative Producer
who will be a key driver of new business in the commercial space, as well as a hands-on producer for our creative output. This role requires both strategic networking and practical production expertise, someone who can pitch ideas, secure projects, and oversee them from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
Proactively identify and pursue new commercial opportunities across TVCs, branded content, and online campaigns.
Leverage your network to source new client relationships and partnerships.
Represent Deadbeat Films at panels, festivals, networking events, and industry gatherings.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term collaborations.
Creative Development & Pitching
Develop top-line creative ideas for pitches and proposals.
Collaborate with in-house and our freelance directors to produce high-quality pitch decks.
Contribute creatively and
in a Producer capacity
to Deadbeat's long-form slate (narrative and documentary) alongside the Head of Development.
Production Management
Oversee the end-to-end production process, from budgeting to scheduling and delivery.
Create accurate and detailed commercial budgets (bonus if you have experience with narrative projects).
Develop production timelines and schedules, with strong knowledge of post-production workflows.
Act as the key client-facing producer, managing communication and expectations.
Innovation & Workflow
Explore and integrate emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance efficiency and creativity.
Skills & Experience
Proven track record in commercial production and business development within the creative industries.
Strong creative instincts with experience developing concepts and visual treatments.
Highly experienced in preparing budgets and schedules for commercial productions.
Confident in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
Post-production experience is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with both narrative and documentary formats is a plus.
Interest in AI technology and its potential to streamline production workflows.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
