The primary services we offer are brand and social strategy, organic influencer campaigns, influencer-led paid social and social media management.

About the role




We're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to work across all of our key clients spanning across retail, FMCG, beauty, fashion and lifestyle - delivering brilliant creative campaigns to help our clients show up meaningfully in culture within social and influencer.


This role is perfect for someone who can identify audience insight and translate it into bold, platform native ideas that make people stop the scroll and evoke a sense of connection with the content and the brand.


This role will report into the MD (while our Creative Director is on maternity leave), with mentorship from our Client Services Director who will support on pitches where needed. This role will also work alongside all of our internal teams. This role will be our most senior strategist and help shape the direction of our strategy team moving forwards as we continue to grow.







Key Responsibilities



Lead the creative and strategic development of influencer and social-first campaigns, from brief to concept. Create detailed consumer profiles, compiling audience insights and brand personas, and turning them into actionable strategies. Confidently conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategic approaches Bring the brands' worlds to life through a strong creative red thread, seeking opportunities to drive cultural relevance for consumers. Proactively organise agency brainstorming sessions and client workshops that spark fresh, innovative ideas. Lead the strategic response for new business pitches, crafting compelling narratives and communicating ideas with confidence to stakeholders at all levels Stay ahead of cultural, platform and influencer trends, bringing sharp insight and actionable inspiration into client work. Contribute to agency thought leadership through contributing to trend reports, thought pieces and speaking opportunities as well as sharing relevant industry updates, proactive creative ideas and examples of great creative work you've seen Embody and champion Seen Connects' agency proposition and unique strategic framework, using it to drive our thinking forward.

What We're Looking For:



Significant experience in strategic or creative roles within social / PR / creative / influencer agencies Ability to deconstruct complex briefs and make things simple, clear, concise and memorable Strong knowledge of social platforms and nuances between them, a finger on the pulse of trends and a restless drive to push creative thinking forward. An analytical mindset and understanding of human behaviour - enabling the identification of brilliant insights from customer research, focus groups, tools e.g. GWI and social listening A compelling presenter and storyteller who can inspire internal teams as well as clients Openness to new ideas and ways of working, and bravery to challenge elements of briefs whilst being passionate, creative and collaborative.

The Interview Process:

2. If we think you'd be a great fit, we will then invite you to do a task relevant to the role you've applied for, which we wouldn't expect to take more than one hour.

Hybrid working, working from our Shoreditch HQ on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and from home on Mondays and Fridays.



Core Hours of 10:00 - 17:00 with the flexibility to start anytime between 08:00 - 10:00 and finish between 17:00 - 19:00.
