What you'll be doing

Agree payment terms for tenant arrears, within the set business guidelines Work effectively with internal departments to assist with customer queries Ensure that all customer communications are responded to appropriately and in line with internal KPIs Review accounts during each step of the credit control process to ensure all queries are closed prior instructing solicitors Work as part of a team on all general administration of the credit control & accounts shared inbox Support other departments if funds are low and require urgent chasing Support the other credit control team members in their daily duties Carry out ongoing training to the credit control team, when required Be a point of contact for other credit controllers, whilst supporting the credit manager Complete client reports for Board members Review late payment fee remove requests and remove as required Contact solicitors when cases need to be referred due to non-payment Respond to leaseholder/freeholder complaints in a timely manner Run arrears reports on ad hoc basis for property managers, head of finance manager and Directors if required Constantly assess credit control procedures to make sure they are working effectively alongside the credit manager

What you need to succeed




Proven experience in credit control processes and procedures Have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
