That's what we are looking for, but what can we offer you? Being part of the team, you will be supported by more senior members and managers from day one, where sharing experiences and knowledge will support your development to become a well-rounded Senior Credit Controller,


This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with variable working arrangements. You'll have the flexibility to work from home and our Leeds office, the team meet once a fortnight on a Tuesday. Ad hoc office attendance may be required outside of this, so being within a reasonable commuting distance of Leeds is important.

What you'll be doing:



Leading and handling complex credit control processes to ensuring timely and accurate collections. Using advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyse large datasets. Driving forward process improvements and automation initiatives. Creating and maintaining live data workbooks to support email campaigns and reporting. Collaborating with internal teams, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Supporting strategic projects with a focus on efficiency and innovation.

What you'll bring:



Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and workbook creation. A process-driven mentality with examples of leading improvement initiatives. Confidence and articulation, ideally with some client-facing experience. Ability to analyse complex data and present insights clearly. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

It would be great if you had:



Experience working on data-led email campaigns or similar projects. Knowledge of NHS finance or public sector environments.
