About the Role


We're looking for a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join our Decisioning Team at Admiral Money. In this key role, you'll take the lead on investigating and delivering complex changes within Provenir, our core production decisioning platform.


You'll bring strong experience in production-level Rating, Decisioning, and Pricing systems, along with a strong understanding of system change management and quality assurance. Your contributions will help shape how we assess credit risk and make smarter, faster decisions for our customers.


Responsibilities


Serve as a trusted internal consultant, applying specialist technical knowledge to design and implement solutions that address business requirements. Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into well-defined, effective, and scalable technical solutions. Support technical leadership in monitoring and maintaining stability, performance, and scalability of core decisioning systems. Promote best practices in solution design, development, and delivery, sharing expertise both within the team and across the wider business. Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management, with the ability to influence and challenge decisions where appropriate. Mentor and support junior team members by providing guidance, advice, and knowledge sharing. Take ownership of team queries and manage the release rota to ensure smooth and timely deployments. Maintain and continuously update training materials, incorporating new content to keep resources current and relevant, as well as other documentation to ensure accuracy.

About You


We're looking for someone who:


Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of Provenir, our core production decisioning platform. Actively promotes a culture of continuous improvement, always looking for opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies. Is self-motivated and able to work independently, confidently managing tasks and projects from start to finish. Has excellent organisational skills and can effectively prioritise multiple workstreams. Shows initiative, curiosity, and a passion for learning - continuously seeking to improve skills, methods, and outcomes.
