We are seeking a proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team. The primary job role is to provide Client Support and Customer Service to existing client accounts and to develop new business.
Duties
Proactively developing existing accounts and generating new business
Responding to Customer Service emails and liaising with customers via the phone
Ability to close off issues and problem solve
Liaising with internal teams to ensure that client jobs are progressed
Raising quotes and sending to client, chasing outstanding quotations that are yet to be approved/rejected
Invoicing and uploading to client portals
Raising notes/queries on the system ensuring they are checked regularly and closed/completed where possible. Checking with the team to ensure they are also up to date with their outstanding queries to avoid these being missed or falling out of SLA
Assisting with issue escalations as needed
To actively solve any issues, having the ability to pinpoint the quickest action to get closure and pass on the correct information to the right people
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 4 years' experience within a similar role
Proactive, customer focused and confident to build strong client relationships, and identifying ongoing customer needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Highly organized and commercially savvy with good negotiation skills and ability to think on their feet
Accurate inputting skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM Systems
Friendly and confident personality
Ability to work on own initiative and to work as part of a team
Ability to remain calm in a busy environment
Hours of work are Monday to Friay 9am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch (35 in total)
