The Garden and Home Trading Company is the largest online retailer of Wild Bird Food and Wildlife products based in Preston Lancashire. A growing business with a 22m turnover. We are currently looking for a candidate to join our Customer Service Team, a "Can Do" attitude!

The Role:

You will be joining an existing team who deliver high standards of customer service and a friendly attitude across multiple ecommerce websites brands. The successful candidates will be dealing with high volumes of inbound calls and e-mails from customers placing orders, chasing orders or have queries with the aim of a first-time resolution. In addition, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the teams efforts to ensure that we are proactively dealing with queries, clearing all inboxes, ensuring all claims and returns have been dealt with. Responding pro-actively to incoming emails and social media messages from Customers using excellent grammar. Ensuring all Customers receive the best customer care experience regardless of which method they wish to engage with us. Ensuring queries are responded to within the agreed response time. Work with colleagues across the business to identify and highlight trends in any customer queries.

The Candidate:

Previous experience in a Customer Service role for a D2C ecommerce business is a must. Experience in giving guidance and instructions to team members. Possess clear and concise communication skills both over the phone and written format. Be passionate about customers and offering the best service. Confident in using multiple IT systems. All candidates should have a relevant work history with full references.
