Sport4Kids UK is one of the leading sport and exercise providers for children in the UK. Our industry experts have spent years researching world class sports coaching methodology to create some of the most innovative programmes for children between the ages of 18 months to 14 years.

We are a friendly team that thrive on providing outstanding customer service and assisting customers with a variety of queries via multi-channel communications.

The role:

This role is suitable for individuals who feel they can bring energy, smiles and a passion for children's development and sport to our business.

Customer Service:

Customer's first impressions are key; we pride ourselves on maximising customer experience with exceptional service.

Support:

Helping to answer questions about services and processing customer requests over the phone and by email.

Improving Customer Knowledge:

Learning about our awesome S4K products and services first hand so that you can educate our customers on why the S4K Way is so special.

Customer Feedback:

Asking customers for feedback, responding to customers reviews and analysing feedback.

Team Metrics:

Tracking customer service Key Performance Indicators in order to be successful
