Due to continued growth and success, we're looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Professional to join our Operations team at our Head Office in Oadby, Leicestershire.

What you'll be doing:

Handling and resolving client queries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency. Booking new delivery requests into our bespoke logistics system. Working closely with our planning team to provide remote support to our drivers. Carrying out a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of operations.

What we're looking for:

A strong background in a customer-focused role where client satisfaction is key. An excellent, friendly telephone manner and clear communication skills. Good geographical knowledge of the UK to assist drivers with navigation and route planning. Strong written communication and attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel. The ability to multi-task, stay organised, and think creatively to solve problems. A reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work.
