Senior Customer Service Representative

Hull based

Hybrid working (3 days office based)

Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)

28 - 35k per annum + Benefits: Private Health Scheme (incl. The Role



We are seeking an experienced

Senior Customer Service Representative

to join our client service team. You will:

Lead Projects:

Manage timelines, deliver on KPIs/SLAs, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.

Drive Solutions:

Oversee capacity planning, escalate resource needs, and develop client relationships.

Foster Growth:

Identify opportunities to expand services with existing and new customers.
