We are looking for an experienced

D365 F&O - SCM Consultant

with a strong background in

Supply Chain Management

modules, including

Products, Inventory, Warehouse, Costing, and Warehouse Management

. The ideal candidate will be able to manage customer requirements, configure processes, and coordinate effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Support

SCM applications

,

WHS

, and

Logistics

operations, including incident management, problem-solving, and functional support. Gather

business requirements

from clients and perform functional analysis to design effective solutions. Configure and customize D365 F&O applications to meet client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Design supply chain solutions and frameworks from start to finish to address business challenges confidently. Collaborate closely with technical teams (developers, administrators) to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. Work with cross-functional and international teams to integrate applications with existing systems and processes. Define test scenarios, conduct testing, and validate that solutions meet requirements. Create and maintain

documentation

, including configurations, processes, and user guides. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users and promote adoption. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance. Stay updated on the latest

Microsoft Dynamics technologies

and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Think holistically about project goals to deliver bespoke, end-to-end solutions.

Key Requirements:

8+ years of experience

in D365 F&O - SCM modules. Strong experience in

Products, Inventory, Warehouse, Costing, and Warehouse Management

. Experience in managing

customer requirements and change requests (CRs)

. Proven track record of

at least 3 successful support projects

. Experience in

Logistics/SCM implementation or support projects

is a strong advantage. Excellent

analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

. Ability to

work collaboratively

with cross-functional teams in a global environment. Strong

documentation and training skills

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 50,000.00-70,000.00 per year
