We're looking for a Senior D365 Trainer to join our team in, Spalding, UK. This role could also be based out of our Kings Hill HQ in Kent but frequent travel will be required to Spalding.
Westfalia Fruits UK is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across all major business areas in order to centralized and streamline core business processes in Europe group. We require a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Trainer to support the user readiness: shape the End User training strategy, build content and materials, deliver role?based training and ensure confident adoption pre and post go?live. The role spans training design and delivery, enablement of Super/End Users and hands on support during testing, cutover and hypercare.
Responsibilities include:
Provide the end?to?end D365 training across all project business areas for End Users
Align and coordinate with all relevant Implementation Partners, Key Stakeholders, External parties, Vendors and Central Program/Project Management
Conduct training needs analysis; map personas/roles to learning paths and day?in?the?life scenarios.
Design & deliver blended training: classroom, instructor?led, microlearning, e?learning modules, simulations, and sandbox exercises.
Set up and administer a Learning Hub, utilizing Dev Ops, Rapid Value and Sharepoint to manage enrollments, tracking assessments and reporting.
Create high?quality training assets: step?by?step guides, SOPs, quick reference cards, videos and scenario?based content
Coach Super Users and BPOs
Based on request UAT support: coach users on test scripts, expected results, evidence capture; coordinate defect reproduction; ensure traceability to requirements. Gain knowledge transfer on D365 Solution and business processes
Collaborate with Change & Adoption Lead to ensure Training alignment with all Change Management & Comms throughout the project
Provide floor?walking during go?live and hypercare, triage tickets, feed recurring issues back into coaching content.
Maintain risk/issue/FAQ knowledge base, publish weekly adoption dashboards with KPIs and heat?maps by function/site.
Ensure accessibility, inclusive design, and compliance with data privacy & information security policies for training artefacts.
Plan and execute site visits, align training schedules to operational peaks and shift patterns in distribution environments.
Support Role mapping exercise and determine impacts on training
Requirements
Proven experience designing and delivering ERP training with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proven track record supporting Medium to Large ERP project preferably in the Food manufacturing, Fresh Produce or FMCG markets
Good practical Process/ERP knowledge across Finance, Procurement, Sales Inventory, Operations Supply and Distribution modules from a training perspective
Hands?on with D365 task recordings, business process modeler concepts and creating role?based security/learning maps.
Strong Microsoft skills: Excel (Power Query basics), PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI & KPI tracking.
Creation of blended learning content (guides, videos, microlearning) and management of an learning hub.
Experience running Training programmes and coaching super users + End Users
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder communication, comfortable presenting to directors and frontline users.
Willingness to travel to Westfalia UK sites and work flexibly around warehouse/distribution shift patterns.
