Job Description

Join Serios Group as a Senior Data Consultant and lead clients through their data transformation journeys. You will run advisory engagements, develop data strategies and operating models and guide the adoption of cloud platforms, governance frameworks and analytics solutions to deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

Lead client discovery to understand challenges and define opportunities Develop data strategies, governance frameworks and operating models Design and assure technical architectures that are secure, scalable and aligned to client objectives Provide delivery leadership including planning, resourcing and assuring outcomes Support business development through pre-sales, proposals and expanding client engagements

Requirements

Strong consulting experience delivering data initiatives with measurable outcomes Proven ability to engage stakeholders and present to executive and technical audiences Experience developing strategies, operating models and actionable roadmaps Awareness of modern cloud data platforms and data management practices * Proficiency with SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
