We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our growing data team. This is a hands-on role where you'll own critical data pipelines, shape data architecture, and lead by example in delivering reliable, scalable, and well-documented data solutions.


You'll work closely with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure our data platform supports fast, secure, and trustworthy decision-making across the business.

Knowledge, Expertise, Complexity and Scope:

Data Engineering Experience:

Strong experience with Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Python Solid knowledge of AWS services like S3, IAM, Glue, or Lambda Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, GitHub Actions, Databricks Repos, etc.) Understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT design patterns, and performance tuning Familiarity with data security, compliance, and governance best practices Proven track record of mentoring and improving engineering culture

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure data systems using Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Python Mentor junior team members through pair programming, design reviews, and knowledge sharing Drive quality through clean code, test coverage, CI/CD, and thorough documentation Contribute to planning, estimation, and sprint delivery in collaboration with product and engineering leads
