Champion of Best Practices:
From version control and testing to data governance and observability, you care about doing things the right way. You're opinionated about what good looks like, but flexible enough to work within the constraints of a growing startup.
Collaborative & Strong Communicator:
You work well with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly - whether you're reviewing code, writing documentation, or discussing trade-offs with non-technical colleagues. You're proactive and bring people with you.
