As a Senior Data Scientist, you will build and maintain the systems that collect, store, process, and analyse data, such as data pipelines, data warehouses and data lakes to ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and secure.


The desire for automation is an opportunity for you to identify any improvements and automation tweaks that can be made


To be successful as a Senior Data Scientist- you should have the following experience;

Traditional Machine Learning Experience - Python, Coding, API Mentorship and Leadership - Knowledge sharing, Team 1-2-1's, annual PD ratings for Team and show and tells Production Applications- owning projects from Proof of concepts through to Production

Some other desirable skills include;

Gitlab, Kabana, Automation of data, Cron Jobs and Incident, Problem and Change experience Automation of Data Incident, Problem and Change experience

This role will be based in Knutsford

Purpose of the role

To build and maintain the systems that collect, store, process, and analyse data, such as data pipelines, data warehouses and data lakes to ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and secure.

Accountabilities

Build and maintenance of data architectures pipelines that enable the transfer and processing of durable, complete and consistent data. Design and implementation of data warehoused and data lakes that manage the appropriate data volumes and velocity and adhere to the required security measures. Development of processing and analysis algorithms fit for the intended data complexity and volumes. Collaboration with data scientist to build and deploy machine learning models.
