Role Overview:



The Senior Delivery Manager will focus on driving delivery against the roadmap, working closely with the Senior Product Manager to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and program goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Align delivery with organizational vision and strategic objectives. Facilitate workshops and planning sessions, proactively identifying and resolving blockers. Enable high-performing teams by coaching and guiding a multi-disciplinary team to collaborate effectively, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared accountability. Coach, mentor, and task-manage a Fast Stream Delivery Manager, supporting their development goals. Ensure clear ways of working for the team, aligned with the wider cyber programme, and maintain a strong rhythm for communication and decision-making. Actively maintain team assets and processes. Support strategic outcomes by helping the team achieve their OKRs and ensuring smooth integration into the wider cyber programme. Maintain pace and governance by establishing a strong cadence of delivery, ensuring progress transparency and risk management. Champion delivery discipline while adapting to evolving priorities.

Requirements:



Proven experience in Agile delivery, with exposure to multiple Agile frameworks and approaches. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Excellent planning, facilitation, and communication skills. * Ability to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
