Your role at Clorox:
The Senior Demand and Supply Planner is on a 6 month fixed-term contract to support Ever Cleans planning activities across the European business. This role will be instrumental in driving demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management, with a particular focus on ensuring the successful execution of major projects, including the Ever Clean artwork update.
The planner will lead forecasting efforts across all channels and customers, manage packaging transitions, and oversee inventory levels to support business continuity and financial planning. Additionally, the role will facilitate category S&OP meetings and leverage data-driven insights to enhance forecast accuracy and customer fulfillment, while optimizing total delivered cost.
In this role, you will:
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide key planning support for the Ever Clean life stages artwork update.
Manage new product introductions and changeovers, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align supply timing, phase-outs, write-offs, and demand.
Maintain an 18-month rolling forecast using system tools and historical data.
Build forecasts based on sales trends and activity reviews; align assumptions with Sales and Marketing.
Ensure category forecasts align with total company revenue targets; identify and communicate gaps or opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales to reconcile distributor/customer forecasts, inventory, and shipment trends.
Communicate critical forecast and supply changes to downstream partners.
Lead demand planning for product launches, transitions, and discontinuations.
Develop annual long-range budgets and forecasts; review and update quarterly.
Facilitate monthly Demand Alignment and GM Brief meetings, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
Drive continuous improvement in the S&OP process.
Monitor and report Forecast Accuracy and Bias KPIs; drive improvements through analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
Manage day-to-day supply and demand coordination between manufacturing and the European business.
Oversee capacity and scheduling to maximize product availability; communicate risks and mitigation plans.
Partner with Customer Care, Planning, and Logistics to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.

Efficiency, Innovation and Change Management:Engage in a process of continuous improvement of planning processes.
Document operational processes & identify improvement areas.
Support growth in new and emerging products/brands/categories.
Strategy and Execution:Execution of agreed team strategy.
Provide feedback, analysis & reports for strategy development.

What we look for:
Required Qualifications and Capabilities5+ years Supply Chain experience.
5+ years Demand/Supply Planning experience.
Experience working in Consumer Packaged Goods industries (or similar).
Business degree or other relevant qualification / relevant work experience preferred.
Technical Skills Preferred:Experience using planning software & working with technical teams to develop/implement (preferred).
Advanced MS Excel.
Analytical skills including basic statistics.
Report writing and presenting.
Master data management.
Broad understanding of Supply Chain & Business Finance .
