Job summary

We are a welcoming, long-established mixed NHS/private dental practice looking for an experienced senior nurse to join our supportive and friendly team who brings strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and developing others. While our preference is for a senior nurse, we are equally open to considering fully qualified, GDC-registered nurse.

About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you will:

Work closely with and support our dentists and nurses, following BDA Good Practice and CQC guidelines. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Show initiative and confidence in completing tasks independently and mentoring other staff. Maintain strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Work collaboratively and flexibly as part of a close-knit team. Undertake some reception duties as required. Experience with SOE software is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Working Hours

Monday: 8:45-5:00 (lunch 1:00-2:00) Tuesday: 8:45-5:00 (lunch 1:00-2:00) Wednesday: 8:45-1:00 Afternoon - Flexible and negotiable Thursday: 8:45-5:00 (lunch 1:00-2:00) Friday: 8:15-4:00 (lunch 1:00-1:30)
