We are currently seeking a

GDC-registered, experienced ceramist

to join our dynamic dental laboratory team.

As part of this role, we will provide full support for your enrolment in the

Clinical Dental Technology (CDT) programme at UCLan (University of Central Lancashire)

.

Luxe Dental Lab is a state-of-the-art dental laboratory known for excellence in craftsmanship and innovation in restorative dentistry. We specialize in high-end cosmetic and implant work, collaborating with leading dental professionals across the region.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ceramist Dental Technician with a minimum of 10 years' experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about aesthetics, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality ceramic restorations including crowns, veneers, and implant cases.

University Attendance:

1 day per week (UCLan CDT programme)

Laboratory Work:

4 days per week, hands-on work in our lab

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate lifelike ceramic restorations using layered porcelain and digital workflows

Match shades precisely and consistently

Collaborate closely with other technicians and clinicians

Maintain high quality control standards

Stay current with modern techniques and materials

Requirements:

Experience as a Ceramist in a dental lab

Strong knowledge of ceramics, colour theory, and morphology

Experience with both traditional and digital workflows

Excellent hand skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with implant and full arch cases

Familiarity with CAD/CAM and digital design software

GDC registration
