In this dynamic role, you'll bring together creative vision, technical precision and project leadership to influence the design and execution of corporate office spaces, amenities and client-facing facilities across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Reporting to the Global Head of Design & Construction, you'll oversee design deliverables with architects, review technical documents and specifications, research furniture and materials and organise and maintain a comprehensive finish library. To be successful in your role as a Senior Design Manager, you must have:
Experience in commercial interior design, with proven success in managing projects for corporate, financial or institutional clients.
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in large-scale workplace or banking environments.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and project management tools and professional certifications (NCIDQ, LEED, PMP) are considered assets.
Extensive knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture systems and workplace technology integration and familiarity with building codes, accessibility standards and sustainable design practices.
Presentation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate with cross-functional partners and manage complex project schedules.

Project Management or Architect or Interior Design degree.
