The Role
We are seeking a talented, confident and client-focused Sales Designer to join our Cheshire showroom team. You will be responsible for managing the client journey from initial enquiry through to final design sign-off, combining creativity, technical know-how and commercial awareness to deliver exceptional, tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct client consultations in our showroom and on-site to fully understand the brief, lifestyle needs and design aspirations
Develop bespoke kitchen and interior designs that are both functional and visually outstanding
Create detailed floor plans, elevations, visuals, and presentation packs using CAD software (e.g. Vectorworks, Solidworks, Cabinet Vision, SketchUp, or similar)
Present design concepts and proposals to clients in a compelling and professional manner
Project manage the sales process through to handover, working closely with the in-house CAD, technical and production teams
Attend networking events and assist in company contact growth
Develop and build strong, trusting relationships with clients, interior designers, architects, and developers
Maintain accurate client records, quotes, schedules, and documentation
Meet sales and margin targets while ensuring an exceptional level of customer service
About You
Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen, interior, or furniture design (preferably high-end/luxury residential market)
Excellent design skills with a strong eye for detail, proportion and spatial planning
Proficient using CAD software
Commercially minded, with experience managing project budgets and sales pipelines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to guide, influence and reassure clients at every stage
Proactive, professional and self-motivated, able to manage your own workload and deadlines
A passion for quality craftsmanship, materials and thoughtful design
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or Saturdays for client meetings
