As we continue to bring to life award-winning venues and experiences our EMEA Practice is looking for a

Senior Designer

based in our Shoreditch studio.
Populous Strategy is the business consulting arm of the global design firm, Populous. It acts as a specialist venue business consultancy, working in partnership with the Populous design team, to optimise revenue generation in sports and entertainment venues.

About the Role

This role sits within our Populous Strategy team. You'll work closely with teams across the business to build brand strategies, create identities, and develop the big ideas.

Key responsibilities include:

Work across both strategy and design projects alongside associates and manage junior team members Develop creative solutions based on customer insights across multiple platforms Contribute smart ideas and problem-solving approaches to client discussions

Key requirements include:

Strategical and commercial thinker with the drive to go above and beyond for clients Several years of experience in a top commercial design studio Proven experience working across all platforms from print and digital to spatial
