Neo Fintech Lab has spent over 6 years building and maintaining a bespoke and ever-evolving payment, FX and treasury platform. We now have a new position open for a Senior Developer to join the team and help with our plans to increase our development capabilities and further grow the team.

Full time (flexible hours) Remote (occasional team meetups in London/Cambridge/Barcelona) Salary 50,000 - 70,000 PA based on experience/skills UK-based

The role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to join our team and develop new features while maintaining and improving the existing platform.

The ideal candidate will be confident integrating with the existing international teams, working with the Scrum methodology. They will also be self-motivated to learn, filling any gaps in their knowledge and staying up to date with the latest developments in the development world.

We require strong knowledge of C# and SQL syntax as well as important design concepts such as GOF patterns and the SOLID principals. The technical responsibilities will include API design, data modelling, business logic, comprehensive testing, and documentation, as well as mentoring/oversight of more junior developers in these skills.

Knowledge of FX products, payment systems, Azure, data-modelling, Agile/SCRUM, and Test-Driven Design are all advantageous.

In addition to an exciting project and dynamic working environment, the role offers long-term development prospects as the team grows.

The role is fully remote, apart from occasional meetups in London, Cambridge or Barcelona a couple of times per year.
