We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and operating our high-quality ServiceNow implementation. This role requires a strong background in ServiceNow development, including the CSM and FSM modules. Experience with building event driven integrations with ServiceNow is desirable.
As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to deliver innovative solutions, contributing to both the technical direction and hands-ondevelopment of our ServiceNow ecosystem.
What will you be doing?
ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow so that it meets the business needs but also maintain good technical practices
Feature Delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to refine user stories into technical implementations
Technical Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Were preferable use ServiceNow workflows rather than code changes
Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end solutions
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the adoption of new tools, technologies, and practices to improve the development process
What we are looking for?:
Proven experience in software development
Strong hands-on background in configuring and developing within ServiceNow
Practical experience setting up CI/CD pipelines in ServiceNow
Solid understanding of ServiceNow workflows
Experience working with Hibernate and Spring - DESIRABLE
Familiarity with containerised and cloud deployments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) - DESIRABLE
