We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using the Microsoft .NET framework, C#, and SQL Server. You will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, and will provide technical leadership to junior developers.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using C#, .NET framework.
Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including schema design, stored procedures, and query optimization.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, including code reviews and best practice sharing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and testers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
Contribute to improving development processes and practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in software development with C# and .NET framework.
Strong experience with SQL Server, including database design and development.
Experience with various design patterns and software architecture principles.
Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
