Job Description

We are seeking a

Senior Full Stack Mobile App Developer

with extensive experience in

front-end, back-end, and AI/ML-powered applications

. Our B2C app uses

geo-fencing, dynamic pricing, and AI-driven matching algorithms

.

You will take ownership of the MVP, complete the build, ensure stability, and lead the

testing, pilot, and rollout

on iOS and Android. This role requires a combination of

hands-on development expertise and project leadership

, with the ability to deliver a polished, scalable consumer app at launch.

Responsibilities

Take over and complete development of a

90% finished MVP

. Lead both

front-end (React Native)

and

back-end (Node.js, Firebase, AWS)

development. Integrate

AI/ML-driven features

and personalisation. Implement

geo-fencing, GPS/location services, dynamic pricing, and payment systems

. Conduct

end-to-end testing

, manage the

pilot

, and support full

rollout

. Optimise app for

scalability, performance, and security

. Provide

strong project management

and act as a technical lead. Collaborate directly with the founding team to shape product roadmap.

Requirements

8+ years of

full stack mobile development

experience. Proficiency with

React Native or Flutter

(cross-platform). Strong

back-end skills

(Node.js, Firebase, AWS, databases, APIs). Proven experience launching apps on

App Store & Play Store

. Knowledge of

AI/ML integration

(recommendation engines, APIs, or frameworks). Experience with

geo-fencing, maps SDKs, notifications, and dynamic pricing

. Strong

UI/UX implementation

for consumer apps. Excellent

project management, leadership, and communication skills

. Fluent English.

Nice to Have

Experience in

booking or service marketplace apps

. Familiarity with

DevOps / CI/CD pipelines

. Growth and analytics tools (Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment).
