Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced
DevOps Engineer
to join our team and help build, manage, and optimize our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a strong background in both
Azure and AWS
environments. You'll be responsible for automating our software development lifecycle, ensuring our systems are highly available, scalable, and secure. This is a crucial role for a professional who is passionate about creating robust and efficient processes that enable our engineering teams to deliver value faster.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like
Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
.
Automate the build, test, and deployment processes to ensure fast and reliable software delivery.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Provision and manage cloud infrastructure on both
Azure and AWS
using IaC tools such as
Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, or AWS CloudFormation
.
Maintain and manage version control for all infrastructure code using
Git
.
Cloud Operations & Management:
Configure, monitor, and optimize our cloud environments on
Azure and AWS
to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
Manage and implement containerization using
Docker
and orchestration with
Kubernetes (EKS/AKS)
.
Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions with tools like
Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana
to ensure system health and proactive issue resolution.
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
Work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to foster a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build, deployment, and infrastructure in a timely manner.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for all processes and configurations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Systems Engineering role.
Proven hands-on experience with both
Azure and AWS
cloud platforms.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies.
Proficiency in scripting languages like
Python, Bash, or PowerShell
.
In-depth knowledge of IaC tools (
Terraform
is highly preferred).
Experience with containerization and orchestration using
Docker and Kubernetes
.
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and security best practices in a cloud environment.
